Distance reiki works the same way a hands on in person session does. From my home in California I tap into your energy field in real time while you relax in the comfort of your own home any where in the world! Distance reiki can be sent without your awareness at any time but part of experiencing reiki is to feel it consciously as it’s being sent to you. Reiki is deeply relaxing.

Lie back and relax! Distance reiki is best experienced while you can quietly relax with interruption for the duration of the session. I send you a link to meditation music for you to listen to preferably through head phones, to help you drop into a relaxed state easier. It’s certainly ok to let your mind wander. Some clients even fall asleep! When the session is over I send you a photo of any intuitive notes that come through for you.

Thankfully no! Reiki energy is channeled through me to you for your highest healing. First and foremost the purpose of reiki is to assist in energetic healing of the client. Any messages from guides, deceased loved ones, ancestors, angels, or past life information etc is a secondary bonus.

After the session you have up to 10 minutes plus one free follow up to ask any questions that may come up from your session. The beauty of the intuitive notes is that the will only make sense to you! Something that doesn’t seem familiar right away may need some time to process and referred back to at a later time. Some times the things I “see” can be abstract or actual physical representations of feelings, emotions, events etc may require a little detective work on your part. Nothing I see is set in stone. I’m just the channel for healing work, the part you play in taking the steps toward emotional healing is up to you.

Drink lots of water, journal, rest, eat a nutritious meal. The reiki energies will be working to loosen up energy blocks within your auric body for the 24 hours after your session. Similar to a massage, gentle energy detox can occur. Listen to your body. Pay attention to your dreams, quality nights sleep usually follow after reiki sessions.

As much as you like! Reiki energy is channeled spiritual consciousness that can’t harm you in any way. Listen to your body, when you feel like you need energetic support or assistance, it may be a good time for a reiki session.

Although reiki can’t hurt you, it should absolutely never replace traditional medicine of any kind. Reiki is the perfect complement to both western and eastern medical practices and treatment. During intuitive sessions I have seen, heard, felt and even smelled things being communicated through the veil. In some cases I have received messages from deceased loved ones, past life information and other intuitive messages, things that I would have no way of knowing. While the main goal of reiki is balancing the energy flow within the body, I can never guarantee what type of information I receive or that I will receive information at all. Sometimes messages come through as a flood and other times, energetic movement within the body is more important for the client at that time. Whatever is meant to be brought to conscious awareness for the client's highest good is what will come through in a session. Experiences can be varied from session to session, even for repeat clients, and is determined by what energetic medicine is most needed.
